Go Dawgs!

Due to scheduling issues, this past weekend was our first game of the season to be able to attend. We always look forward to this time of year and so I was SO very excited about the weekend. Not only do we love football and tailgating and maroon but we also love spending time with the Christophers! We are so ready for them to move closer, but we sure will miss our game weekends!

The weather was perfect for tailgating and even though Bishop was apparently beginning to get sick, he still had a fabulous time. He still is talking about seeing "Bully". It was his first game to actually go in to (he and I usually just tailgate) and I think he really enjoyed it. He made it until after half time which truly impressed me considering it was a 6:00 game. I think his most favorite thing was handing out tailgate stickers to random strangers after the game. It was precious. He is so giving and has a big heart and I hope he never changes. Well, that part at least. I can do without the kicking and screaming he did from the mall today which is an entirely different subject....moving on...

My most favorite cookies I have made so far...and this is the only picture I took!
And, those are paw prints mom...not bear claws :)

A little unsure of the mass of people after just waking up. He warmed up though.

Love my little fam!

Here he is handing out stickers and talking it up with the ladies. Sweet boy!

Not only did we spend a fun afternoon at the game, but we also ate some good food and even snuck in a little shopping!

The weekend was cut a bit shorter than I had planned after Bishop woke up Sunday with almost 103 degree fever. He was pitiful. We had planned on going to see the Warringtons and their sweet new addition, Hazel, but instead spent our Monday in the doctors office and on the couch. We are on the road to recovery now even if we are still grumpy and will be visiting the W's Sunday instead!

BFF's

After a fun Saturday morning Mickey Mouse party for Garrett, we headed south to Kosciusko for the rest of the weekend (a few weeks ago now). It was a short trip, but we made the most of it. Harvey is Bishop's best friend. He talks about him all of the time and even mentions him in his prayers most nights.  He gets sooo excited when we go and from the time we get there, they are both NON STOP. It works out well for the moms and dads too :)

They would have done this all night...it works out well, Bishop likes to ride and Harvey likes to push ("drive")

After making their own chocolate milk (which they thought was the coolest thing ever), they jumped on the cart with the daddies and took off. Apparently they went to the store for snacks and to jump on a neighbors trampoline because they came back in desperate need of a bath! But they all had fun...and I got to catch up with JJ.

Watching a movie in their jammies

All dressed up for church.....

Boys are so funny. They spent most of the weekend running, laughing, making bird noises, jumping, and just having a great time! We miss Harvey and his momma and daddy every time we leave! Next time we see them, they will be a family of 4 :) YAY!
